ExpanPress is an independent digital publisher ("ExpanPress", "we", "us"). It publishes and sells digital books. When you buy, you contract with ExpanPress for the product, and with our reseller for the purchase transaction (see section 4).
We sell digital publications, including ebooks, workbooks and bundles ("Products"), delivered electronically. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute or publish any Product or its contents, in whole or in part.
Products are educational and informational. They are created with AI-assisted tools from material provided by the featured creator and reviewed for factual accuracy before release. Nothing in a Product is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Results are not guaranteed.
Our order process is conducted by our online resellers, including Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for orders it processes and handles customer service inquiries and returns for those orders. The reseller shown at checkout is the seller of record for your transaction, and its buyer terms apply to payment, billing and tax. Prices are shown in USD, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
Products are delivered instantly after successful payment via secure download or online access. Keep your download credentials private.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties beyond those required by applicable law, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
All Products, branding and site content are owned by or licensed to ExpanPress. Unauthorised use may result in access being revoked.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
