1. Controller

ExpanPress is the controller of the personal data it collects directly, such as account, support and access records. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, and Paddle's own privacy policy governs the order and payment data it processes. Contact: support@expanpress.com.

2. Data we collect

Purchase data: name, email, country, order details (provided via our reseller at checkout).
Account and access data: email, download and access logs.
Support data: messages you send us.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, cookies (see section 7).

We never receive or store your full card details.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Deliver Products and provide access: performance of contract.
Customer support and refunds: performance of contract.
Fraud prevention and security: legitimate interests.
Legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
Product updates and marketing emails: consent (withdraw anytime).

4. Sharing

We share data only with: our online resellers acting as Merchant of Record (including Paddle.com) to process orders, tax and refunds; infrastructure and service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email delivery); professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. A list of our service providers is available at /legal/providers.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Order and tax records are kept as long as applicable tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, for checkout, sessions and security. You can control cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, and withdraw consent. Email support@expanpress.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
